Hello,
I am requesting an urgent review of my account.
For almost a week, my account has displayed the message **"Financial operations are limited."** This issue first appeared when I attempted to purchase a new Expert Advisor. Since then, I have also been unable to properly access and download Expert Advisors that I have already purchased.
I have **not** initiated any chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transactions. I have always used my account in accordance with the MQL5 rules, so I do not understand why this restriction has been applied.
I opened a Service Desk ticket over a week ago #6015228, but I have not received any response. As a paying customer who has invested a significant amount of money in products from the MQL5 Market, this lack of communication is extremely concerning.
Could you please:
* Explain the reason for the financial restriction on my account.
* Review my account as a matter of urgency.
* Remove the restriction if it has been applied in error.
* Advise me if any verification or additional information is required from my side.
I would greatly appreciate an update as soon as possible. Even if the review is still in progress, I would be grateful for an acknowledgement so that I know my case is being handled.
