MetaQuotes-Demo account is used to update Metatrader to new build( mainly -- to the beta build) and to test beta builds of MT5.
And the trading account of the brokers (MetaQuotes is not a broker) should be used for any other cases/situation.

Are you testing beta builds of MT5?
Not? So, why are you using MetaQuotes-Demo server?

If you need especially this MetaQuotes-Demo account so you can open the other one.
But I am suggesting to you to open the demo account with the broker (especially if you are going to trade with this account).
