The actual Webview2 is installed and always up to date as Edge is always up to date, I've checked this again, the latest Webview2 is installed, i have TLS 1.2 activated. I've provided the support with my two IPs. When there are more requirements to fulfill, the MQL5 can publish them. Why do you insest that the problem is on my side? I can reach all other websites, only www.mql5.com was suddenly not reachable anymore, and this on two machines, one running with windows, the other with debian. This clearly shows, that the problem is on MQL5 side, not mine. So why do you again and again repeat your suggestions? And why I've to live with suddenly bans, when it costs time and money? The server side is the problem, it is not reachable from my PC. I can reach other servers, so my IP's are on a blacklist on the server. And the server is maintained by MQL5. So the maintainer can take the IP's again from the blacklist.
updating edge, DOES NOT guarantee that webview2 is also. Since we are measuring something, I am in computer tech and windows support for over 15 years. The biggest thing i can tell you is this... NEVER ASSUME that winblows will keep anything updated. And I can also tell you from practical experience almost weekly that updating edge and webview are NOT updated together. Even when you do an initial install, the installer will often install the older version.
measuring aside...
did you check your hosts file for any lines with mql5?
my IP's are on a blacklist on the server
If you are fully sure (if you have any technical proofs) that MQL5 did it against you so (and if the IP of your VPS is not from Zomro provider incl subnets of it) - so ask the service desk about why.
If it is "talking for nothing" so - sorry: I just wanted to help but I see that I should not do it here.Because it should be legal reason for that in case MQL5 did it against your VPS provider (and in case you have the technical proofs about it).
Do you have any technical proofs? or we are talking for nothing here?

I've checked by manually installing webview2, the message was that webview2 is already up to date. I've also checked the hosts file, it has no lines with mql5.

that msg "is already up to date" does not mean that it wasnt updated. It just means that the version number was the same as the file that was already there, however, version numbers have much longer numbers than what the filename or file details shows. the datetime that the original file could be different to the version that you just recently installed, but the version number was the same, so while they appearted to be the same version, they might in fact have been different "versions".
what sort of ip do you have? is it one that changes when you turn your modem off for 20 mins? or that that is fixed, unchanging?
Calm the eff down and follow the advice of Sergey. I know he can be a #@#%$% however, he, just like most of the moderators and admins, know what they are on about. They may not be directly linked with mq, but they know their stuff.
Check off the possible solutions one by one and confirm with sergey what you have done and your responses might give him more ideas to check for.

I asked a lot of things to the service desk. After describing the problem, the support asked me to do following commands and send them the output:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>tracert www.mql5.com
C:\WINDOWS\system32>tracert c.mql5.com
C:\WINDOWS\system32>tracert download.mql5.com
After that, they asked me for my two IP's. After that they asked me for the log file. After examining them they have responded with:
->"Please change your VPS provider."
Here I asked the support about the why. That my VPS have worked about two months. That it is unfair, if I don't know the reason. Maybe the VPS provider can help, when they give the reason. Answer from support:
->"Most of the VPS providers, provide trial periods. You may try"
I asked for a white list of supported VPS providers. Because even if it works in the trial period, how I can know that they don't later block again? Answer from support:
->"It is physically not possible to know in advance if there will be any problems with a provider in future. We do not block just because we want that. There are certain reasons behind that, but we cannot tell them, sorry"
(Does this answer mean, they know the answer, but don't want share it?)
Yesterday my last question:
"How can I be sure that you don't block my Home-PC in future? Can this happen? I've purchased EA's for ~xxxx€, how can I be sure that I can use them in future"
Still no answer from support. It seems, with the suggestion to use another VPS, the support wants to close this theme, but this suggestion costs and the future is unclear.
MQL5 knows his own server best, they know what causes a ban, they can make a list of requirements and suggestions and publish them. They wouldn't become responsible for my VPS with such a list. If Microsoft publish requirements for it's Office, they don't become responsible for my PC. So I don't understand the argument that MQL5 don't want become responsible for external VPS.

The message is, that the current version is already installed. The dialog has no option to install it nevertheless.
My IP's are fixed.

Sorry, I was too acid. But the summerize of my conversation with the support above should show, where this come from. The support says:
"We do not block just because we want that. There are certain reasons behind that, but we cannot tell them, sorry"
Risking again and again a block, because MQL5 don't want tell it's customers, under which circumstances they would block.
As I see it, there is no solution in sight?
