Can't locate recently rented VPS?

I recently rented a VPS through the MT5 platform.  My cc has been billed, the payment shows up in my Journal, and the purchase shows up under "My Virtual Hosting Subscriptions", yet I can't find a way to access it.  When I attempt to "Register a Virtual Server", it takes me to the payment screen where I originally paid for it...no wizard, no vps.  I'm not sure where to look to begin the migration, please help!

Check the logs locally and the one of your VPS! They will tell you everything about your installation!

Yes, I'd be on the equivalent of Step 5 in that process, where I'm asked to "go to the VPS section and select the migration type:", but there is nothing available in the VPS section for me to interact with.  The knowledgebase suggests that I use the drop-down "Register a Virtual Server" from there, but it only brings me back to the payment page where I can rent a new server, not interact with my existing one.

Yes, I can see my subscription there, and it is associated with the correct account.  However, I'm unable to proceed any further beyond that.

Ok, I was able to see if after I moved it to another account and then back to the intended one.  However, after what appeared to be a successful migration, the new enviornment didn't show up.  The process felt too clunky and I ended up canceling the subscription.
