Hi, can I make the code of one trading account to read the number and type of the positions in one of my others trading accounts. Thank You!

You would need to run two instances of a program on two separate installations of the MetaTrader terminal, each one connected to the different accounts, and communicating with other to be able to exchange that information.

This is what Trade Copiers do.
