Sort of yes, but no. If one enters randomly, the probability of a TP/SL outcome is 50/50. And since SL is half the size of TP its triggering frequency will be more frequent than TP.

So the question is when and in which direction it stays. When - naturally at times when there is increased volatility (trendiness).
