There used to be a VC (a VC, not a broker) which traded foreign stocks through MTs and even paid divs. Now, after the law was passed, it does not work in the Russian Federation.

Through the opener you can... through the SPb exchange. Yes, as a matter of fact, it seems to be possible through any broker via the SPb exchange.

 
1. Real shares without leverage and with dividends are available at

- Admiral Markets (for non-US residents)
- Just2Trade (US residents with green card or passport only).
- Futures can be done through AMP Futures, but the commissions are draconian.

2. CFDs with leverage up to 30 are available almost everywhere
3. CFDs with leverage over 30 are available from non-European dealers.
 
IEX also provides a free JSON API, you can try it from MT5

Can you tell me how to open a demo account with them? Or just write on their demo server?

I don't have any luck. I tried both through the form on their website and through the terminal.
