Gunn, along with Bachelier, was the first to apply the price~root of time proportion, long before Einstein's famous formula for Brownian motion.
He added some circles and grids to this proportion, some astrology for relevance and voila!

But, Gunn has subconsciously played on the theory of stochastic processes.
Unlike me, for example, he managed to find the trend/flat key in those fans and squares.
It's a pretty smart theory, ahead of its time.
