I can tell you which row is needed, but without the numbers - you can put them in yourself.

Start with one flip of a coin, and increase the number of flips by 1. After each flip, count the proportion of tails. And using these formulas(http://www.algebra.com/algebra/homework/Probability-and-statistics/Probability-and-statistics.faq.question.293233.html) plus Z-statistics from the table in any math statistics manual, consider the probability that a fair coin will get the same or greater skew in the tails frequency. The experiment can be done with almost any row length, the calculations allow it.

We have both police and drivers.... These people did not come from Mars. And in fact, yes, and notice by the way that a lot of people are filming, and no one from the police is nervous, no one asks to turn off the cameras, once waved his hand ..... And it's so inconspicuous.

Yeah, that's the thing. I don't know the state's regulations, but you see how it goes. A policeman makes a report, quietly, even without the driver. Yeah, if the driver doesn't agree, he can appeal, no big deal. But the fact is. Verbal contact with justice is apparently not necessary there at all.
