A strong pullback is indicative of a strong pullback. When a dragon goal is reached it usually reverses at 61.8 but most probably one should look at the higher timeframe for the pattern.

 
 

You can see that on 10-year data 1.36 is a strong accumulation level, like 1.28, 1.41, 1.47.

It will probably remain there until Monday.
