Unfortunately, we didn't catch the moment when this Amsterdam server was overloaded due to some terminals that were eating up the vast majority of resources and our priority reduction system couldn't cope with them. This resulted in blockages for a lot of other terminals that couldn't even send messages.
We have already sorted out the problem, reduced the number of allocated instances, disabled some users, introduced stricter limits on CPU-hungry experts and are expanding the server network.
Free transfer of subscriptions to other servers is already planned and will be implemented soon.
We are trying and growing the hosting service, but sometimes along with growth comes problems like this. Sorry again, please.

1) please note that the problem remains. Right now I continue to observe it. That is, right exactly 10 minutes ago it was there again. Perhaps you need to exclude this server from being available for hosting, as it may affect other users.
2) Sooner or later, you will have to introduce a policy of paying for resources with a strict allocation of resources

First the host synchronised 9 charts and 9 EAs.
But then for some reason it started to skip one EA.
I do not touch the VPS, I only check the log once in a while. It's good that the market went in favour of the deal.

What is in the local terminal, in the "Journal" tab (immediately after clicking the Synchronise button)? All indicators and Expert Advisors should be listed in the "Terminal Log". You need a log from the "Journal" of the terminal.
Second: what advisors are set in the local terminal in charts, just before synchronisation(show a screenshot of the "Navigator" window of the terminal with an active trading account, on which synchronisation will be carried out).
