Indicator purchased in market will not load in my MT4 chart
You should delete this indicator from your Metatrader/computer, and install it once again.
1. Uninstall your purchase from the MT4/5 terminal. Right click in the Navigator window and delete it.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Log into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and install your purchase.
In MT4 go to the Terminal window >> Market >> Purchased and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.
In MT5 go to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.
Please note that simply copying and pasting ex4/5 files from one MT4/5 terminal to another will not work for MQL5.com Market purchases.
Additionally, ensure you remain logged into your MQL5 account at all times for the proper functioning of your purchase.

I need help. I have purchased indicator and rented some in MQL5 market. I already installed it my mt4 and I was using it ok without issues. However after I updated my PC the indicator s stopped working. I tried to re-install my MT4 but it will not load in the chart. Any suggestions pls.

I have done just that. The MT4 installation is a new installation on a new windows 11 machine. The purchased indicators were installed as per the standard way of doing it. The indicators install on the terminal, but when attaching them to a chart, nothing happens. Dll's have been enabled as well
I tested with a free indicator and it behaves exactly the same way

What is written in the logs, both in the "Journal" and "Experts" logs?
And by the way, Market products don't use DLLs. They are not allowed there, so you don't need to enable that.

In the Market tab all purchased indicators are present as they should be. With regards to the logfile i see no errors pertaining to the indicators

no authorization failure messages - The message says successful authorization and community activated and the experts log has the error shown as follows:
2025.10.07 09:21:34.036 cannot load 'C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\17B5FF217FE004B792EFA9D824B75EEC\MQL4\indicators\Market\Volume Order Blocks.ex4' all indicators off od the mql5 website give this error
