So, what do you see when you are trying to install your MQL5.com Market purchase?

After these steps:

In MT4 go to the Terminal window >> Market >> Purchased and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.

In MT5 go to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.

The indicators install to the terminal quite perfectly. They all appear in the Market folder. When trying to attach them to a chart there is simply no response

That doesn't make sense, uninstall your MT4/5 terminal, install it again from your broker's website, install your purchases under your MQL5 account and try again.

i know it does not make sense. I have already done it 2 times  both cases exactly the same. Maybe i should use the metatrader version from the mql website.  i am quite pulling out my hair.


What i will also add here, i downloaded the latest version of MT$ from the broker. There is a month diff in the dates and a very small size increase of the file. Clearly something changed.  I installed from scratch again and now the indicators are working

You have too many indicators and or too many expert advisors. Do a test, move all the experts and all the indicators into a folder on your desktop,  and just leave in a couple of the ones you want and then refresh the list. This should fix the issue. The new build limits too many indicators or experts in its folder.

Once you have checked mt4 is signed into your community account, 

in the Navigator, you will find the market section, there you will find link "My Purchases" clik on that to then you can install your products.

Note do not try to install via a browser, that does not work anymore.
