It is not about modifying it. Just leave it as default (reset it).

Hi,

I would also like to talk to support. I opened up a forum topic before but it was removed. I was chatting through messages with an EA developer and all of a sudden I was banned from sending messages. I assume it must be some bug. Without the possibility of talking to the different EA developers the EAs are useless, as I really need help with setting them up properly.

Can someone look into that?
