@Job Admiraal #: I would also like to talk to support. I opened up a forum topic before but it was removed. I was chatting through messages with an EA developer and all of a sudden I was banned from sending messages. I assume it must be some bug. Without the possibility of talking to the different EA developers the EAs are useless, as I really need help with setting them up properly. Can someone look into that?

Did you not read the message and follow up on it?

This is a user forum and even moderators are normal users. We cannot help you. Only the admin at the Service Desk can help.

Also, they are only available during normal office hours, and given that it is a week-end and going into the new year, you will probably only receive a response much later (several days, probably at least a week).

Do it like that -

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

If you purchase something and later it is removed from the Market, you can still install and use it, as long as you have enough remaining activations.
