Yes, the usual story

It all started when someone named the centered TMA "TMA extreme" and started a trading "system" which had different trading rules each and every day.

I don't know the exact reasons, but people simply refuse to believe what they are told sometimes. They have been told from the beginning that centered TMA recalculates half period bars, but I have been receiving emails and messages all the time that were explaining me that the "repainting": is limited to 1 or two bars. It was useless that I repeatedly told that it still those half period bars - I guess people have thought that I am trying to hide some secret

There is no secrete in cenetering any indicator. Any indicator that is ceneterd is going to recalcilate the ammount pf bars it is shifted by in order to get it centered. Period. There is no exception to that rule. None

40mitch It can be done either using the TMA (triangular moving average (which never recalculated - this whole confusion that someone caused by renaming centered TMA to TMA is becoming funny already) - not the centered triangular moving average) or it can be done the way described at this post : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/181241

Take a Keltner channel that can use LWMA and there you go

For example, you can use the one from this post : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173470/page3 to make a LWMA type of Keltner channel (that would be an "end-pointed centered TMA" non-repainting channel)

Here is a version that can draw Keltner channel of following ma methods :
0 - simple moving average

1 - exponential moving average

2 - smoothed moving average (Wilders EMA)

3 - linear weighted moving average

4 - triangular moving average (TMA- the reglar non-recalculating TMA)

Please help with possible TMACentred indy and 600+ build problems

Hi Mladen,

I have been using your excellent TMACentred & Bands.

unfortunately, when i loaded it onto my 610 build i got a log file of 168m

filled as below. its freezing my mt4 terminal.

is it possible this is a problem the new build compatibility? my terminal is currently

at 610.

i very basic changes so the indy shows only the atr bands and saved/compiled

indy with a slightly different name but i cant believe what i have done has caused

the problems i am currently having.

below is just a tiny snapshot of the log file. it goes on and on!

please help if you can Mladen
