All I see there are a sort of a channel (not a built in linear regression channel since it would show different values for that period), Bollinger bands, RSI and and an empty space where the arrows are pointing

That was not my chart (it was not me who posted it) Anyway, one of those is almost sure a Heiken ashi smoothed ( here is a post with more info about some Heiken ashi versions https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/general one of those is HA smoothed too). For the rest you will have to ask the original poster of that chart

I have heiken ashi Smoothed but the other one which looks like some special super trend and buy sell cross hair indicator ... if u come across those pls do post it .

Sorry, but looking only at the picture only can not tell

There are more than one there : one is most probably a simple average line of the heiken ashi and the "step like" one can be anything : from a multi time frame indicator to anything else
