MACCIMO optimization

Have you thought about building a back tester module for self-optimization.

How long & How often should the EA be optimized?

If I test 10 years of data from '2000-2003' nothing really happens.

The back test ends 01.29.2010. If we run the EA after that date we get a major shift, and the draw down increases from 30% to 45%, with the same optimized settings. Should we optimize every two weeks? How much data should be used when running optimization?

Anyone have some backtesting for at least 4 years worth that look decent for this EA?

Also anyone tested it live for more than 3 months?
