Expecting the 1.3900 resistance level to hold as it did in late December. Friday's pinbar could be the trigger that we were waiting for.

The number of longs is so low, that, when they tend to equalize, there will be more longs opened than shorts. That should push it up

Seems rational but don't forget that the market can be irrational for a long time (and right now it is irrational - manipulated by market makers)
