With a building permits that were published today in some other time the change would be big. Now it hardly moved at all. Nobody cares about that type of news any more - everybody is just trying to see what will happen to QE and rates
As "predicted" : trend is still bullish for EURUSD and nothing has changed. We are pulled into "taper, no taper" game again and again there will be no taper. But it does not prevent some "taper pricing in" in the whole thing. Just in case

After the ECB rate cut and a temporary setback, all is going in the same direction it was going before (and using the same ranges of a bullish up trend channel). Having FED talking about negative rates too and having the edge of QE already running, ECB does not stand a chance at a moment to win in a currency war against USD. Further up trend in the longer run to be expected
By now there is only one man that does not know that strong EURO is not good for Europe. Mario Draghi. They make a rate cut, and what does he do? Downplays that same rate cut. Then why the hell did they make it at all. Or he was asleep when it was done? He is definitely Goldman Sachs man
