Is there any RSI with Exponential. As stock Mt4 RSI indi does not have that option.

How do you mean "with exponential"?

If you need an average added to it, just drag the average to rsi and chose "apply to previous indicator data" as source for price. Otherwise, the built in RSI is using Welles Wilders' way of calculation - which uses what is sometimes called "Willders ema", so, internally, it does use ema

There is nothing to change in that indicator

When rsi is > 50, then it uses signalBuyColor color, and when rsi is < 50 then it uses signalSellColor color
