actually, we need someone to design some 5M progressive calm index
e.g. I would use 5M to decide what are the best few price to get into the market for that day
5M suppose that , we could also measure any spike spur volatility over there
similar to pip spread monitor -- but true pip spread rather than official broker pip spread
THIS WAY, we could stay sideline, when the price suddenly touch some price for a millisecond
just like this week, everything is progressive, ranging, SO EASY To trade for success !!
anyone got a good indicator for that?!
volatility seem to be good, but volatility trading also allow big boys to swallow retail trader entries

This is VQ histo bars with mtf and alerts the setup pictured is 3 separate instances of the indicator but with 1 Hour,4 Hour, and Daily timeframes on 1 hour chart.

3. what you look for in each to take a trade?
When do you exit if it goes against you?
If it goes profitable?
4. How long have you been using your system?
