NEMA indicator are on this post. Indicator can calculate up to 49 ema and it uses up to 50 calculating buffers internally. The description of DECEMA and NEMA was provided together with the rules how to use it with trading.
Just one indicator can do it all:
dema = nema with NemaDepth 2:
tema = nema with NemaDepth 3:
decema = nema with NemaDepth 10:
NemaDepth 1 = ema.
NemaDepth is the parameter in this indicator's input.

PolyFitScalper_v1.59 -limited orders EA was programmed for Advanced Elite section. It is the improvements of this 'improved 1.59 version': the additional MaxOrdersPerAccount parameter was added: if it is set to true, orders are counted per magic number regardless of the symbol (so, over the whole account) otherwise, if it is set to false, it is per symbol+magic number (the same as before).

Quantile bands indicator was programmed for simple elite section. Some more info about quantile(s) can be found here : Quantile - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Roughly, you can treat it as a measure where is the n% price laying at (do not mix it with % bands or other kind of bands, since the calculation is done from the occurrences of prices not a range or any 'synthetic" value).
