Can you tell me why some bars are missing from this slope histogram
is there anyway to fill in these missing bars , just easier to look at.
Maybe something to do with Treshold

That indicator is not taking into account only the slope. Originally it was this indicator : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173574/page244 that was rewritten to use Hull variation (here : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173574/page244 ) and then a request was made to use T3 instead.
So it is using the set of conditions from the original indicator to set the histogram
