Dear John1368,
Try to open your mt4 folder via your harddisk mostly located in c drive. Open your indicator folder and double click on the indicator you want to have. Now it will opens meta-editor. Above you'll see compile (or press f7) now it's ok for saving. Open file in the left upper corner and save the indicator in the next folder of your mt4 platform: MQL4 and open the indicator tab, now click on save. Close metaeditor and restart your MT4 platform. If it's allright you'll see the indicator under custom indicators so you can drag and it into the chart.
I hope this helps a bit but I agree it is more difficult to find out how mt4 works fine for a lot of us. MLaden helps me very well for solving a lot of problems although a bit of experience is needed to solve, but we are here for you.

I do not understand anything in coding ...
It consequently I was wrong, thinking that the "white only" are made of "3 levels ZZ semsfor" ... and the two alert levels are the invisible levels 1and 2 ,
and alert usually appears with a notice about level 2 only...(
whether it should be understood that we mean that last level 3 ?)
If so-than leave it as it is and make this ZZ only MTF please.

...its not mtf hi low ... its different...but i cannot explain because i cannot understand the indicator's mt4 language.. its so complicated
also grateful if the indi line at h1 can show in h4 too
