Yellow is buy signal and magenta is for sell.
It is not lines. It is the dots.
Alert is for close bar. For example, those alerts are indicating some dots on the bar which was closed 2 - 3 seconds ago.
Brown is line. Someone is using some technique as 'price is crossing brown line' as a warning concerning some price movements in the near future, or as a reversal.
Red line?
It is the channel. On your image the red circles are indicating that the channel was moved (old location and new location).
Just remember: we are trading price action (support/resistance lines and so on) with this system.

There are many dots display on my chart which is different from your chart, i mean the VAR MA dots.
Well this seem very interesting scalping system, will test it next week.

4th dot ... may be too late to enter?

This channel trading system is impossible to trade by dots only ... it is necessary to look at the channel lines and so on.

Look at the image in the post 224. It is alert image. You can see that when bar closed so indicator is doing alert with 0 - 2 seconds delay.
Almost immediately. No need to wait even 1 second sometimes.
Or may be ... you mean: for how long we will see this alert?
I do not know ... untill you press "OK" in the window.
