I bought cable at 1,9795 with stop at 1,9769. Closed half at 1,9825 and now the other half has a stop loss at 1,9805.

Sorry, I made a mistake:
Again, while below 1,2946 - 1,2951, it is set to go down.
While between 1,2946 - 1,2996, no-trading zone. Above 1,2996, it will be set to fo up.
The range is from 1,2951-46 to 1,3001.
Above 1,3001 it will find another resistance at 1,3014 - 1,3030 - 1,3054.

High so far on eurusd: 1,3014.
Now, if USDCHF holds below 1,2440, it will be nice. Each time it goes up that level, eurusd is in danger to go down.
Remember the other levels down on usdchf.
High on cable 1,9859. My resistance is at 1,9860.

They are support and resistance. As easy as that. But they are not calculated according to standard rules. That's all.

You can use fundamental analysis for exit. For example, if you entering trade (sell) before 13:30 CET and you know that there will be great news from US then you can leave it run big profirt. I use website were all news are out just a minute after release. Try it, maybe will help
