A good entry signal is not enough. Market conditions decide whether that signal is worth taking. Smart Liquidity Gold checks five filters before any order is placed.
1. Session filter. The EA trades only during the hours you allow, so dead or erratic sessions are avoided.
2. Spread filter. Gold spreads can widen suddenly around rollover and news. If the spread is above your limit, the EA does not enter.
3. Friday cut-off. No new trades in the final hours before the weekly close, to avoid weekend gap risk.
4. Gold holiday calendar. A built-in list of low-liquidity market holidays (2026–2030), when gold price action is thin and unreliable.
5. Daily limit. Once the daily limit is reached, the EA stops for the day. No revenge trading, no overtrading.
There is also a dashboard on the chart showing upcoming USD news, so you always know what is coming. (It is for information only. The EA does not pause for news by itself.)
Fewer trades in bad conditions means more of your risk goes into the setups that matter.
