Aurelia Gold EA v1.15 – Installation Guide & Trading Presets

Welcome to the official Aurelia Gold EA v1.15 installation and configuration guide.

Aurelia Gold EA is an automated trading system developed for MetaTrader 5, designed primarily for XAUUSD (Gold) on the M5 timeframe.

This guide explains how to install the Expert Advisor, select trading configurations and load the included preset files.

1. Installation Guide

1. Open MetaTrader 5 on your computer.
2. Log in to your MQL5 account.
3. Open Market → Purchased.
4. Locate Aurelia Gold EA and click Install.
5. Open an XAUUSD chart and select the M5 timeframe.
6. Drag Aurelia Gold EA from Navigator → Expert Advisors onto the chart.
7. Open the Inputs tab and review the settings.
8. Enable Algo Trading.

For continuous operation, a stable internet connection or VPS is recommended.

2. Available Trading Presets

Aurelia Gold EA v1.15 includes two optional configurations.

Market Defaults – Original RC7 Settings

• S7 Strategy: ON
• S6 Strategy: OFF
• Other primary strategies: ON
• Emergency Floating Loss Close: ON (20%)
• Emergency Margin Level Close: ON (200%)
• S7 AutoLot: 0.01 per 1,000 balance units

This configuration reproduces the original RC7 default settings.

All Strategies – Alternative Configuration

• All primary strategies: ON
• S7 Strategy: ON
• Emergency Floating Loss Close: OFF
• Emergency Margin Level Close: OFF
• Other settings unchanged

This alternative configuration enables all trading strategies while disabling the two additional emergency closing mechanisms. It may increase risk and drawdown.

3. How to Load Preset Files

Download the ZIP attachment at the bottom of this post.

Extract the archive and locate the two .set files:

• Aurelia_RC7_Market_Defaults.set
• Aurelia_RC7_All_Strategies_Emergency_OFF.set

To load a preset:

1. Open Aurelia Gold EA properties in MetaTrader 5.
2. Select the Inputs tab.
3. Click Load.
4. Select your preferred .set file.
5. Review the configuration.
6. Click OK to apply the settings.

You can switch configurations at any time, but avoid changing settings while trading baskets are open.

To restore the original configuration, load the Market Defaults preset or use Reset.

4. Important Information

The two configurations can produce different trading results.

Grid and recovery systems may increase exposure during adverse market movements. Emergency protection settings cannot guarantee that stop-out or losses will be prevented.

Always test your selected configuration on a demo account before trading with real funds.
