MY account is FIFO but when people try to subscribe they cant says i dont follow FIFO rules Please Help

Hi Donald, I'm trying to subscribe to your Pips Everyday. I'm using a Forex.com 123 Live account but I am unable to subscribe due to FIFO rules. See attached. Any suggestions?
