The main question of today's article is related to fat loss and to CLA or conjugated linoleic acid. Like green tea, caffeine and so many other ingredients that are popular and known to burn fat, and help with fat loss, CLA safflower oil is also very popular and is known by many to be able to promote fat loss. In rats it is very effective, as well as other small animals and rodents. So effective it is in fact, that it managed to reduce the fat in rats in a clinical trial by 60%. The potency that it has in humans, though, is greatly decreased for some reason. Also, you must continue to take CLA for two months or more to get some results and when you stop using it, you will start gaining weight unless you make healthy changes to your lifestyle.
