Yes, that's possible by specifying the following settings:

1. Pause during High Impact News: true
2. Pause all day on High Impact News: true
3. Filter News Events: FED,BoE,ECB

Maximun drawdown for all open trades <0 e.g. -100, what is the correct? for example I have capital 1000 dolares and drawdown 150 dolares 850 equity.

That input should always be a negative number and is also dependent on the unit setting of the Drawdown Control section. So for a balance of $1.000:

• Values are specified in: Money
• Maximum Drawdown: -150
• = TaB will close the trades when equity <= $850

The same can also be achieved by setting

• Values are specified in: Percent
• Maximum Drawdown: -15 ($1.000 balance - 15% = $850)

the EA is working very well, but it does not stop the other trading EAs. The trades are closed but the EAs open new positions again. How can I stop the other EAs?

I finally understand how to set up.. i'm interested with your product.. but when i test on medium impact news the EA still open position.. but i already set to "true" force EA to pause..

One of the best, if not the best EA ever developed in the trading industry for filtering news in a professional manner. You're the best and appreciated. If I can request a special feature would you consider adding it? so I was developing my own news filter and succeeded in doing so, however nothing so complex beautiful and well done like yours. I would wish if you can add this feature:

Wait for order's closure before triggering (anything like that) true or false in the input parameters.

Now this function would make the EA wait for orders to close first before disabling auto trading / closing the EA

You'll ask me: man! 30 minutes before middle medium impact news so how are you going to wait for a trade to close and what if you never get out so you'll still have auto trading on?

that's a valid question but my EA is a scalper so I shall be out and I will also increase my time before news ex. 60 minutes before medium instead of 30 minutes to give the EA enough time to close so within that 60 minute period that I set in the Take a Break EA settings, the take a break Ea should be looping ontick() waiting for the orders to close then disable the EA. 

I hope you understand, if you need more explanation please let me know.

If I understood your use case correctly, that should already be possible. You just need to set "Force stop trading and pause external EA" to "false". Then TaB waits until all trades are closed before it pauses your scalper.

As an additional safety measure, you could also configure TaB to close any open trade X minutes before the news just to be sure that your scalper really gets stopped.

I'm also testing an updated version of TaB this week which also contain "Minimum Profit" and "Maximum Loss" options for trade closing which may also be useful for you.

Can you share a manual or a full explanation for each of the settings? Because, I want to use the equity protection but don't know exactly how each function works. Also is there a setting for maximum equity ? for example, for FTMO you have to reach 10% of initial balance, or 5k of 50k account, can you add this function to be either currency value or percentage value of initial balance?

The feature of a "Maximum Equity until trading is allowed" was added & tested this week. Will release the update this evening.

please see the attached .set file for TaB latest version 5.30.

I have configured the section "---------- A C C O U N T   P R O T E C T I O N ----------" according to your screenshot. Note that I have set the Maximum Daily Loss Limit to -4.5 % to have a small safety buffer to the 5% daily limit.

The only thing you still need to set is the "Minimum value until trading IS allowed". You need to enter the overall minimum Account Equity there which equals to Start Balance - 12% (or 10% to be safe).

Please test this .set on a demo account first before going live.
