LTS Bands & Levels is the reversal indicator from LTS — Legacy Trading System. It combines Bollinger Bands with support and resistance zones from the higher timeframe, scores every reversal setup from 0 to 4, and gives you a suggested stop and two targets. Signals do not repaint: each arrow uses only closed candles and the zones that existed at that moment.
◆ A REVERSAL SCORE FROM 0 TO 4
- 1 point (required) — the candle touches or pierces the Bollinger Band.
- +1 — the wick is inside a higher-timeframe support or resistance zone.
- +1 — RSI 14 is overbought (70+) or oversold (30 or below).
- +1 — rejection candle (long wick closing back inside the band) or engulfing pattern.
An arrow appears from score 3. Score 4 = gold premium arrow. With the trend filter on, no reversal signal is given while ADX 14 is above 30, because reversals against a strong trend fail more often.
◆ WHAT YOU SEE ON THE CHART
- Bollinger Bands — gold upper and lower bands, dotted middle band.
- Resistance zones — dark red boxes from the higher timeframe, with their strength (R x3 = touched 3 times).
- Support zones — dark green boxes from the higher timeframe (S x2).
- Signal arrows — green / red for score 3, gold for score 4.
- Suggested stop and targets — SL line, TP1 at the middle band and TP2 at the opposite band.

◆ HOW TO TRADE IT
- 1. Prefer score 4. Gold arrows have every confirmation; treat score 3 with normal risk.
- 2. Trade the range. Reversals work best when the market is ranging. LTS Trend Strength in green is the ideal companion.
- 3. Manage the trade. Stop at the SL line, partial profit at TP1, the rest for TP2.
- 4. Respect the squeeze. A squeeze warns that a strong move is coming; reversal signals right after it are riskier.

- Markets: forex pairs and metals (gold and silver).
- Timeframes: M15 to H1 work best. Zones come automatically from one timeframe above (M15 → H1, H1 → H4, H4 → D1), or from a fixed H1 / H4 / D1.
