Range Breakout EA is a professional Opening Range Breakout Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, built specifically for traders participating in prop firm evaluations and funded account challenges. Lot sizing accurate for Gold (XAUUSD)? Yes — the EA uses the tick-value method with a live price refresh on every calculation, which is the correct approach for Gold where tick value moves with price.
Lot sizing accurate for USDJPY? Yes — the same tick-value method handles JPY pairs correctly regardless of the exchange rate level.
Any DLL or external data connection? No — zero external dependencies. The news filter runs entirely on MT5's built-in CalendarValueHistory() function.
Multiple instruments simultaneously? Yes — attach one instance per chart with a unique Magic Number for each. Running XAUUSD and USDJPY together is fully supported.
