I rented the EA. The strategy works well in the test. However, in a live environment (demo account) it only works on the IC Market account. It doesn't do anything on the chart with other brokers. Could this be fixed?

I rented the EA. The strategy works well in the test. However, in a live environment (demo account) it only works on the IC Market account. It doesn't do anything on the chart with other brokers. Could this be fixed?
