You must purchase Local Trade Copier EA MT5 for copying from/or to MT5 terminals.
This is clearly mentioned in the product's description and it is the case for all local terminal copiers.

According to your installation guide, If your receiver account has a suffix after each symbol (for example EURUSD.r), put that in the Suffix of the Receiver Account setting (for example .r).
But What if it's the opposite ? For example the transmitter has symbol XAUUSDm and the Receiver has XAUUSD

If the transmitter account has a suffix it will be mapped and copied automatically, you don't have to put any special settings.
I tried to copy 2 transmitter accounts to 1 receiver account. All transactions from The transmitter with has the symbol as the receiver were copied, but the transmitter that has different symbol were not copied. How can I solve this problem?

If your Transmitter account for example uses the US500 symbol for the US stock market S&P index and your Receiver account uses the SPX500 symbol for the same index, you should put US500,SPX500 in the Special Symbol field in order to copy from the Transmitter account to the Receiver without any problem. You can set up 10 special symbols in the same way that is described above. This setting should be filled only in the Receiver account(s).

I need some setup help. I understand that the copier needs to be installed on both the transmitter and receiver terminals. Does this mean we need to attach it to every chart on both terminals that we are trading on? My transmitter terminal is already running an EA on every chart so I don't know how I am supposed to load it on my transmitting terminal. There can only be one EA per chart. Please advise.
You only need to attach the Local Trade Copier EA MT4/5 to one chart/any chart on your transmitter and receiver account.

Thank you. Another question. I have both the transmitter and receiver set up and working on different demo brokerage accounts. The receiver is confirming it is receiving from the transmitting account but it isn't copying the trades. I have gone through the settings and the charts to see if there was anything obvious why the trades aren't copying and I couldn't find anything. Can we talk to resolve this? Possibly Whatsapp?

Make sure please that you've checked the usual issues, that most users seem to ignore:Attention !!!
Do not login into another trading account in your MT4/5 terminal when the EA is working, it will affect copying !!!
Do not use the investor password for logging into the receiver account, you will not be able to copy !!!
If your receiver account has a suffix after each symbol (for example EURUSD.r), put that in the: Suffix of the Receiver Account, setting (for example .r).
Make sure that you have enabled all symbols that you will copy in the receiver account in MT4/5 >> View >> Symbols.
