It's been good so far. Not a lot of trades but all have been profitable.
The EA works BEAUTIFULLY and Guillaume is a VERY responsive person. Never hesitant to answer any questions you may have. A bit more on the expensive side as far as the EA goes BUT it is WELL WORTH IT. the signals are accurate and i'm seeing profit :)

So far, the result of trading is good, with a certain floating loss, but it will turn into profit in the end.
This EA doesn't trade a lot but it is very precised with high chance of winning and give you a steady profit. Additionally, the best support from the author, totally recommend.

Today I purchased this EA. Therefore, I have not yet traded it, but I will follow-up on that later. Today's review is about the author to start with (and it definitely begs for a review). What a joy to be able to talk to someone who is taking the time on specific questions, and actually answering those questions precisely and in detail. What a difference that is when comparing that to experiences I had with other sellers in the past, whereby they would either just give very bad/general answers, or plain stupid ones, or even answers to questions not even asked. Not Guillaume. What a guy! To top that, his trading approach is very much to my liking, most likely a perfect fit. I'm telling you all: *Read his blog !!* There you can read he is cutting the bullcrap, and telling things for what they really are. Now THAT is the true nature of people that have survived the forex market *as a real trader* and know what they are talking about. And when looking at the trading statistics, this is indeed a promising EA - but without all of the Grid and Marti or so-called "AI" mess that is rampant everywhere (and deadly to any account, sooner or later). I have every confidence that this will turn out to be my best purchase ever. As said, I will update on that later. In all: 5 stars for Guillaume, his service is ab-so-lu-te-ly paramount. Merci bien!
The service gets 5 stars from me today. Response times to inquiries have always been professionally answered in a very short time. The programmer always offered his help to get rid of one or the other homemade problem that I had created myself. To create a problem-free process for the EA.
i buy this EA like security is perfect, the EA Darwin takes very little position unlike others who take ten a day, but the goal here is to take trades with almost perfect certainty and not to take any risk. I have not gotten any trades from this EA yet as it has only been less than a week since I purchased. But I must say that Guillaume is by far the best author on MQL5 when it comes to communication with the customer and making you feel like he is invested in your results and will not rest until you are satisfied! He takes the time to write long explanation and pays close attention to any questions or concerns you have. I am feeling very good about my purchase and excited to see the first trades!! I've been using Darwin Evo for a while. The entry is extremely accurate. Lot size and exit strategy is also appropriate. I think it's a stress-free EA that you can leave with confidence.
I have been running Darewin for 2 weeks now and I make profit with very low DD. Probably one of the best EA I bought on MQL5. Hope results will be as good as those of the last two weeks. By the way, the author give a very good support on its EA and is very helpfull to assist you for a good setup.
Working with the EA not so long, but what I already like is the clear communication with the deveoloper as well as existing live signals to confirm the performance of the own accounts. Darwin Evolution is definetly one of the rising EA stars. You shoulld choose Darwin Evolution if you like to earn money with forex in a safe way, without getting a heart attack by every major event. Btw. Got some very very nice trades. :)
Darwin is an incredible EA. My opinion is based on the signal I followed before the purchase and my current profits. (I posted my departure profits in the comments) This EA is impressive surgical precision. If you know how to do a technical analysis of Forex graphics, you will find that Darwin opens in perfect conditions. It's based on different times frames, I love. Beeing sharing my trading experiences with Guillaume since 2 years, I have a good idea about the intense efforts and the serious work that has been put in his masterpiece.
It will not be an adrenaline provider, but rather a trustable longrange rider, with about 5 trades per month, rare but so carefully selected !
The amount of trades is nothing if they are winning on average 85% of the time within a 5 years period with an average loss so close to the average win !
With such figures, you may put nice money on the table.
And if it is not enough, the dd is really very low !
So,as always in trading, past performance can't guarantee future performance, but here, I think that it is everything but gambling and I will give good capital at disposal of my brand new EA.
I had the opportunity to test both Darwin's signals and could verify that the reality is being mirroring the backtests
I have followed the signal in demo for several months, so I do not hesitate to buy the EA. Finally, there is an EA from a real manual trader! The strategy does not often open position, it is true, but what efficiency. Whenever I had a position on the signal, I knew we were going to have profits. This EA performs good so far. I see this EA operates as a long term investment. It's like a holy grail EA we've been dreaming of. The author limites the input of the EA so that we can't play with the settings and crash our trading account. There is a news filter and proper money management option which is great. If all is good we can get 5-10% DD which is what I'm looking for for an EA. To conclude this is "THE ONE"

It will be detailed and very precise of each number, each data so that users are not lost in all these numbers.
Data and statistics is good, but you have to know how to interpret them.
Far too many users, look at performance in% profits, without asking the question how we arrive at these numbers ....
Unfortunately, it is also for the same reason that many do not understand what they buy, and lose money on their account.
Blind by the profits that they are mirrised, they forget to learn about the risks that will be taken to get these profits.
You must understand that the Backtest are only statistics made on past data.
Often, the reality is different because the market evolves.
That's why if you have interesting profits in Backtest, but that the risks taken are already important, you have insurance and I tell you by experience, that it's going to happen for the future.
Even by being the most sincere possible, a Backtest is often more favorable than reality.
For this reason, a simulation, a backtest ... must take the least possible risk, while getting good profits.
This means that even if in the future, in reality, things do not go like the backtest, then you will have a margin of security, and you will always get away.
I would get more detailing in my next explanation because it's very important.
Concerning the profits of the new version compared to the old version. (The Backtest was voluntarily done on the same period to be able to compare. That's why there is not the last month. But for that you have the accounts in signals)
The numbers and the elements to remember are (only the main, but there are many others):
- Risk in percentage of Drawdown:
This risk has remained identical, while increasing profits. (In fact we have 1% less, but it's not significant over 5 year)
- profits over this period, we pass from 518% to 952% (an increase of 85% :))
- Increase in the number of smells, we move from 285 to 1099.
Is it a good one? YES!
If your statistics are done on a smaller number of positions, then the risk that a backtest is false is larger.
If statistics are based on a larger number of positions, it's more right.
What proves that the Strategy Darwin is good is that by considerably increased the number of positions, the statistics are excellent.
What are the negative effects in this case:
- We lost profits Factor, we move from 7 to 5.
To do very simple (because it's more complicated than that)
Before Darwin's Strategy were so filtered, we kept that the best positions.
Now we take more opportunity, I filter less.
But in this case, we take more risk? no !
That's why I divided the strategy in 4.
Strategies left more position had to be reworked and optimized apart, so as not to cause more profits, but also more risk on the account.
By dividing the strategies and working on them one, with each an appropriate level of risk, we arrive at more profits, without more risk.
Currently, Darwin behaves like 4 EAS completely apart. Their strength is to have been studied at the same time, and combined in the Backtest to get a very robust and reliable portfolio.
Darwin Evolution is not just an EA, it is a well-separated carrier management, and diversification on your Forex account.
That's what does it strength and it stability.
This strategy is designed to last over time, it will not need to be optimized every year.
The improvement that can be brought, will be based on new idea, new options .... But the basic strategy will never change.

we have a new update V1.10 :
- Fixed minor error in the log
- Fixed error when news database is not done correctly
Before the EA loaded the news database each day.
But sometimes, the news was not loaded by bad connexion, or website to slow...
The delay for a new download of the data was too big, and in bad case, if your MT4/5 had not loaded the news data. You could have important news in the meantime
Now Darwin loads the data all the hours, in this case no problem possible.

Fixed a persistent bug from version 1.09.
It was normally resolved in version 1.10
But a customer has brought us a particular case.
It is now resolved definively.
This error does not have an impact on trading, and EA functions.
