Adaptive XAUUSD Hedgefund EA is an automated trading system built for Gold (XAUUSD) on the M1 timeframe. It waits for a volatility expansion, places a pending stop order in the direction of the move, and manages the trade with a trailing stop.

How it works

1. A volatility filter requires the current bar range to exceed a set number of points.
2. A moving average channel of the highs and lows defines the setup. Price below the channel prepares a Buy Stop. Price above the channel prepares a Sell Stop.
3. Spread, optional time window and open trade count are checked.
4. A pending stop order is placed with a stop loss. It follows the market closer until it is triggered.
5. After the fill, the stop loss trails price and only moves in your favor.
