Strategy #2: A short-term strategy designed to trade volatility expansion and breakout phases. It targets periods when price transitions from consolidation into impulsive movement, executing frequent trades with controlled risk parameters.

Strategy #3: A strategy based on pure market structure and price behavior, without over-reliance on indicators. It focuses on impulse and correction dynamics, key price reactions, and structural confirmations, allowing the system to trade natural price movements rather than artificial signals.

Strategy #4: A momentum-based strategy derived from the logic used in Gold Action (Product page >>). It is designed to capture strong directional moves when momentum conditions align, filtering out weak or choppy market environments. The strategy is optimized specifically for Gold’s volatility profile and operates within strict risk parameter.

Strategy #5: A second momentum model operating on higher timeframes, targeting longer-lasting and more stable trend movements. Unlike short-term momentum approaches, this strategy prioritizes trade quality over frequency and is designed to complement both trend-following and breakout components of the system.

Strategy #6: A reversal-based strategy built on Smart Money principles and liquidity sweep logic. It is designed to trade false breakouts and order block reactions, capturing reversals after liquidity has been absorbed, and complements the trend-following strategies within the system.

Strategy #7: A divergence-based reversal strategy, derived from the logic used in Aureon (Product page >>). It focuses on identifying momentum and price divergences to trade corrective moves and pullbacks, capturing reversals after trend exhaustion. This strategy complements both trend-following and Smart Money components by adding an additional layer of mean-reversion logic to the system.

Strategy #8: A trend-momentum breakout strategy combining EMA Ribbon structure, momentum confirmation, and ADX breakout logic. It is designed to trade strong directional expansions after compression, entering when trend alignment and momentum strength coincide. This strategy complements the reversal and range-based components by adding a structured trend-continuation model to the system.

Strategy #9: A momentum Price Action strategy designed to capture continuation moves after strong market impulses. Unlike the classical momentum approach where trades are opened immediately after an impulse, this model places a virtual stop order after the impulse formation. The trade is triggered only if price continues in the impulse direction, helping to filter out liquidity sweeps and fake moves. This method allows the system to confirm genuine trend development before entry, complementing both breakout and trend-following strategies within the system.

Future updates may expand the strategy set while preserving the core system logic.

Prop Firm Ready

Aurum Alpha V is fully Prop Firm compatible. The EA includes a built-in Prop Firm Risk Module with:

Daily drawdown control (by percent or fixed money, user-selectable)
Automatic trade blocking after reaching the daily loss limit
Optional SL/TP randomization for prop-friendly execution
Entry Delay module (in seconds) — randomized trade execution timing to avoid pattern-based execution detection

The Entry Delay feature allows trades to be executed with a configurable time delay (user-defined range in seconds), helping to simulate more natural execution behavior while preserving the system’s mathematical edge.

Global Range Filter

Global Range Filter is designed to protect the system from prolonged sideways market conditions.

The filter detects range and choppy market phases and can temporarily disable trading when the market lacks clear direction. This helps the system avoid low-quality market conditions and reduces the risk of long stagnation periods.

The filter can be applied globally to the entire EA or individually to each strategy.

By default, Global Range Filter is disabled.

I’ve been using Alpha V and, honestly, this is the highest profit I’ve ever seen from any EA I’ve used — especially considering it was only a 0.02 lot size. This result really impressed me. It shows the potential of the system when it’s allowed to work properly. Of course, there were losses along the way, as with any strategy. However, the gains outweigh the losses, and in the end, that’s what really matters: finishing the month in profit, not judging results based on just a week or a week and a half. Alpha V is clearly built for long-term consistency. If you give it time to operate and respect its strategy, the results can be very strong — as I’ve personally experienced. I will also attach an image in the comments section to show this result. For me, it stands out as one of the most promising EAs I’ve used so far.

I might be one of Ivan’s earliest still-active customers — I’ve been using his EAs and working with him since the summer of 2020. Over the years, he has consistently built robust and long-lasting systems, and Aurum Alpha V is probably his most complete and mature EA to date. What stands out immediately is that this isn’t just another “single-idea EA.” It’s a properly structured multi-strategy system, with different logics working together depending on market conditions — trend, momentum, breakout, and reversal. That kind of diversification is rare in MT5 products and makes a lot of sense, especially for gold, which behaves very differently across regimes. Another thing I appreciate is the overall philosophy. There’s no martingale, no grid, no hidden tricks — just clean, risk-controlled trading with defined stop losses and a focus on price behavior. That alone already puts it above a large portion of what you typically see in this space. From what I’ve seen so far, the system doesn’t try to overtrade. It’s selective, adapts to changing conditions, and allows different strategies to take over when appropriate. That gives it a more “engineered” feel rather than something loosely stitched together. What also deserves mention is the pace of development. The EA is clearly evolving quickly — new strategies, filters, and risk modules are being added continuously, and it feels like an active project rather than a static product. Of course, like any system trading gold, it still depends heavily on market conditions. It’s not a magic box — performance will vary, and risk management and expectations still matter. But the foundation is solid, and the design choices are generally sensible. Overall, Aurum Alpha V feels like a serious attempt to build a structured, multi-layer trading system for XAUUSD — not something designed just to look good in backtests. It’s easy to use on the surface, but there’s real depth behind it if you look closer. P.S. The latest trade — a well-timed sell — delivered around +36% on its own. A good example of how the system can capture asymmetric moves when conditions align. More importantly, it highlights the underlying idea: this isn’t about constant activity, but about being positioned for the right opportunities and extracting meaningful edge when they appear.

The live signals doing well so far, and the ea works well on out of sample back-test data (2006 and 2017). Gotta point out that the only 2 star reviewer claims due to a drawdown period the ea 'isn't promising'. Wanted to point out in this review that drawdown periods should be expected, and isn't usually an indicator of anything :)

After only one and a half week of testing this EA, most of the trades were losses in all of my accounts on different brokers. This EA opens positions without a logic in my opinion. Like Roulette red or black randomly.

The seller as always is excusing his EA and the error as always is on the side of the client. We all know this behavior from many sellers of bad EAs here on the market. Their "fast sell as much copies as possible before the real bad reviews coming in strategy" is very rentable but not accepted here any longer. I will show the real trades not the manipulated Backtest results.

Another point, the Seller uses a Micro / Cent Account for the Live Signal. If a seller really trusts in his own EA, why a Cent account and not risking real USD money showing his possible clients the real earnings/losses instead of micro Lots? Think about that.

Another red flag, the Seller is not updating his Live Signal when some big losses happend. That´s neither fair nor transparent. At the moment when I´m writing this review another trade by this EA "Strategy_9" is in a big drawdown of 303 USD. Hopefully it will not lose too.

To all the people who are thinking about buying this EA think about that. This EA earned 22 USD Each month in the big bull run, if we trust his Live Signal. You need a year of trading only to regain the investment for this EA when the market is bullish.

My honest opinion, don´t buy this EA, there are much better ones on the Market. The Seller knows why he is using a Micro Lot Account, because a normal Account would blow his USD wallet.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. At the moment, you've been using the system for only about 7 days. During this period, there were around 6–7 trades (depending on the broker), and 6 of them were from Scalping Strategy #2. I agree — those trades were not the best, but their size is relatively small and does not reflect the overall system performance. At the same time, the 7th trade (last Friday) from Strategy #8 captured the downside move on gold and delivered a solid profit, significantly larger than the small scalping losses. However, I should note that this trade was not triggered on all brokers due to feed differences. In general, 7 trading days is not a meaningful sample size for a system like Aurum Alpha V. Most strategies inside the EA are trend-following Price Action systems, which require time and proper market conditions to perform. You also started trading in the middle of a gold trend, missing earlier entries. For example, if the EA had been running slightly earlier, it would have captured a major short trade from Strategy #1 — entering around 5100 and holding down to 4320, delivering approximately +50–70% relative to the recommended deposit. So short-term results can be misleading — the system is designed for long-term performance, not a few days of trading. P.S. Your screenshots clearly show that the system has made a profit. I higle recommend you getting a calculator.

overall I’m not really a fan of trading gold. it always felt like there’s way too much hype around it, and the instrument itself is pretty jumpy and volatile. but I still decided to give Aurum Alpha V a try, mainly for one reason — most of Ivan’s products are usually worth paying attention to. and so far, I honestly don’t regret it at all.

The start has been quite solid. What I liked right away is that the EA doesn’t rush into the market blindly. It doesn’t try to trade every move or force entries. trades are taken carefully and selectively. right now gold is in a range, price action setups aren’t really there (as they shouldn’t be), but at the same time the scalping strategy is active, which actually makes a lot of sense in current conditions.

Probably the key reasons why I decided to try Aurum Alpha V were the fair, not overpriced cost (especially compared to many other eas on the market) and the strategy diversification. Originally there were 5 strategies, now there are already 7, and the most important thing is that they weren’t added just for quantity. there are trend strategies, reversal strategies, and scalping — basically different trading styles for different market phases. having this kind of full diversification inside a single EA is something I really like.

What else to add. Anyone can run backtests themselves, the results over a longer distance look very good. there aren’t that many developers like Ivan who actually work so actively on their products. Aurum started with 5 strategies, and just a short time later it’s already 7. when you communicate with him, it’s clear that he genuinely cares about what he’s doing, not just pushing out another EA.
