LTS Sessions & News is the market-timing indicator from LTS — Legacy Trading System. It draws the Asia, London and New York sessions on your chart, shows three clocks (broker server, GMT and your local time) and reads the next high-impact news straight from the MT5 economic calendar, with countdowns and alerts. No external website, no DLL, no setup.

◆ EVERYTHING ON ONE CHART

  • Asia session — gold outline box with its high-low size.
  • London session — blue outline box with its size.
  • New York session — purple outline box with its size.
  • News lines — red dotted vertical line for high-impact news, orange for medium impact (optional). Hover the line to read the event name.

  • ✔ Three clocks — Server (the time of your candles), GMT (the time used by economic calendars) and Local (your computer). No more time-zone math.

◆ HOW TO USE IT

  • 1. Check the news window first. Spreads widen and price can jump during strong news.
  • 2. Trade the right session. Breakout and trend strategies usually work best in London and in the London + New York overlap.
  • 3. Combine it with LTS Asia Range. The Asia box sets the levels, London brings the breakout.
  • 4. Protect your Expert Advisors. Use the panel to decide when to pause your robots around strong news.

  • Any symbol: forex pairs, gold, silver and indices.
  • Chart timeframe: M5 to H1 shows the sessions best.

◆ INPUTS

  • Language — English, Português or Español (panel and alerts)
  • Sessions — show Asia / London / New York, start and end of each session in broker server time (02:00–11:00, 10:00–19:00, 15:00–00:00), days to display (3)
  • News — show news, currencies (AUTO), impact (high only, or medium and high), news window before / after (30 / 30 min), draw news lines
  • Panel — position, X/Y offset, shift chart
  • Alerts — minutes before news (15), alert when a session opens, popup (on), push (off, MetaQuotes ID required)
  • Chart theme — black background without grid, hide tick volumes, candle colors, restore original chart

Good to know: session hours use your broker's server time. Most brokers run GMT+2 in winter and GMT+3 in summer; adjust the hours if yours is different. News names come from the MT5 calendar in the language of your terminal. The MT5 calendar is not available in the Strategy Tester, so news is shown only on live charts.
