Jericho Gold

Jericho Gold is a MetaTrader 5 indicator for support and resistance analysis and visual trade planning on XAUUSD. It displays price zones, buy and sell signals, and take-profit and stop-loss areas directly on the chart. The recommended chart timeframe is one minute.

Targets and stops

Two presets provide a 10.00 gold-price target with either a 20.00 or 30.00 stop. The indicator converts these distances using the broker's symbol specifications. Custom target and stop distances can also be entered in broker points.

These distances describe movement in the gold price. They do not represent a fixed cash profit or loss, which depends on position size, contract specifications and trading costs.

Chart controls

Targets, stops, zone distance, history length and filters can be adjusted from the dashboard without removing the indicator. Colors and fills can be customized, and the number of visible trade-plan boxes can be limited to keep the chart readable.

Optional automatic filter selection evaluates buy and sell signals separately after a minimum completed sample is available. It compares filter combinations using the loaded historical sample. The resulting historical statistics are not a forward test.

Getting started

Attach Jericho Gold to your broker's gold chart and allow price history to load. Wait for the Ready status before reviewing the counters. Select your target, stop and filter settings, then review the displayed plans.

Results and limitations

Jericho Gold displays analytical trade plans and does not place or manage orders. Historical win rates exclude open plans and can vary with broker quotes, spread, available history and selected settings.

Historical simulations can overlap and do not model commission, swap or execution slippage. They do not represent a live account record. Historical results do not guarantee future performance.
