Systematic Trend Impulse Validation at Structural Confirmation
Traders frequently encounter difficulties timing entries during corrective pullbacks within an established trend. - Context: Market structure establishes an ongoing downward trend.
- Retracement check: Price completes an initial downward impulse and forms a lower-high corrective phase.
- Trigger: A bearish expansion candle closes decisively below the prior swing low, signaling downward continuation.
- Execution point: The signal confirms strictly upon candle close; the open of the subsequent bar serves as the execution reference.
Protective Stop Loss Placement:
- The system automatically anchors a protective Stop Loss reference beyond the recent structural retracement extreme.
- A configurable volatility buffer provides additional space against market spread variations and routine price fluctuations.
