DCA Trailing Basket EA is a fully automated Expert Advisor based on Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) combined with an advanced dual trailing stop system.
The EA manages Buy and Sell baskets independently. It detects whether a basket is in a recovering (negative) state or a profitable (positive) state based on configurable pip thresholds from the average price, then applies the corresponding trailing parameters.

MAIN FEATURES

• Dual Trailing System
Separate trailing settings for positive (Duong) and negative (Am) baskets.
Trailing only activates after the basket reaches the configured pip threshold and becomes locked in that state.
• Single Direction Mode
When only one side is open, the EA uses a dedicated single-order trailing (start and lock parameters).
While the single side is profit-locked, the opposite direction is blocked to avoid unnecessary hedging.
• Smart Order Trimming
Starting from a configurable order number, the EA can close the profitable side and partially close the losing side when a minimum net profit target is reached.
• Auto Lot Balancing
When the negative basket is locked and its total lot exceeds a threshold, the EA increases the multiplier on the positive side to rebalance lot sizes faster.
• Deep Lock Protection
After a certain number of orders, if floating profit reaches a trigger level, the EA locks a fixed USD profit on the basket.
• Cross Close Logic
When a previously negative basket is fully closed in profit, the opposite basket can be closed automatically (optional).
• Strict DCA Distance Control
New orders are opened only when price moves the full configured step from the extreme order of the same direction. This prevents order clustering and uncontrolled lot growth.
• Movable Information Panel
Real-time display of daily closed profit, floating Buy/Sell profit, total lots, current pips from average, trailing status and locked profit in USD.
The panel can be dragged with the mouse.
• Flexible Entry Mode
Choose between new-bar only mode or tick mode for entries and DCA.
• Risk Controls
- Maximum orders per direction
- Maximum lot size (global and state-specific)
- Basket Take Profit / Stop Loss in USD
- Total profit target for both sides

HOW IT WORKS

1. The EA opens the first order based on EMA signal (price above EMA → Buy, below EMA → Sell).
2. Additional orders are added using separate pip steps and lot multipliers for profitable and losing directions.
3. When a basket reaches the negative pip threshold, it is locked as “Am” and uses Am trailing parameters.
When a basket reaches the positive pip threshold, it is locked as “Duong” and uses Duong trailing parameters.
4. Trailing lock, deep lock, smart trim and auto-balance work according to the current state of each basket.
5. Optional cross-close and total profit target help manage overall exposure.
