1. Smart Trend Detection — 2 Flexible Modes
The EA never enters the market blindly. Trade direction is determined by a dual moving average system, with two selectable modes:

  • Sensitive Mode: a single confirming MA is enough to trigger an entry — catches early moves.
  • Confirmation Mode: requires two MAs (fast + slow) to align before entering — filters out market noise.

Users have full control over the period, calculation method, and applied price for each moving average independently.

2. 4-Tier DCA — Capital Control for Every Market Stage
This is the heart of the system. Instead of averaging positions evenly like most EAs, AMIX splits its DCA logic into 4 separate tiers, each with:

  • An independent maximum number of trades
  • Its own entry spacing (which widens as price moves further away)
  • Its own volume-increase formula — choose between a multiplier (aggressive growth in the early tiers) or linear addition (slower, safer growth in the deeper tiers)

This keeps position size from spiraling out of control when the market moves against the predicted direction for too long — a capital management model that scales with the depth of the drawdown.

3. Automatic Hedge Mechanism — A Safety Net for the Basket
After a defined number of DCA trades, the system automatically opens an opposite (Hedge) position to balance the risk of the whole basket. Highlights:

  • The Hedge position uses its own independent starting volume and multiplier, completely separate from the main basket.
  • Two Hedge exit modes: standard (wider target, held longer) or ultra-short scalp mode (in-and-out repeatedly, reused multiple times within a session).
  • A maximum simultaneous Hedge trade limit prevents the opposite side from over-expanding.

4. Dynamic Take Profit Based on Basket Floating Loss — 4 Smart Tiers
This is the biggest difference compared to a traditional fixed Take Profit. The EA continuously monitors the total floating loss of the entire basket (main trades + hedge trades combined) and automatically adjusts its profit target across 4 different loss thresholds:

  • The deeper the floating loss, the more the required profit target is relaxed (at the deepest tier, the system may even accept closing at a small, pre-defined loss) — allowing the basket to exit faster instead of being stuck waiting for a full break-even.

This mechanism keeps releasing capital for reuse instead of leaving it locked inside one oversized basket for too long.

5. Smart Trailing Stop for Dynamic Exits
Once the basket reaches its profit target, the EA doesn't necessarily close it immediately. It can activate a real stop loss shared across all main positions, then trail it as price moves — only ever tightening in the favorable direction, never loosening back. This prevents profit from being cut short while the market still has momentum.

6. Smart Position Trimming — Trim & Head-Tail Trim
When a basket grows to too many trades, the system applies two layers of trimming:

  • Head-Tail Trim: once the number of open trades passes a threshold, the earliest and latest opened trades are partially closed once the group's average profit reaches its target — reducing the trade count and margin load.
  • Tail Trim: a deeper trigger level that trims only the most recently opened trades to relieve pressure once the basket has grown too large.

7. Built-In News Filter — No External Tools Needed
Uses the trading platform's native economic calendar directly (no external web connection, no timezone mismatch). Filter by:

  • Related currencies
  • Keywords for high-impact events (employment, inflation, interest rates...)
  • Impact level (high / medium / low)
  • Pause window before and after the news event

When news hits, the user can choose whether the EA finishes its current cycle before pausing new entries, or closes everything immediately regardless of profit or loss — depending on risk appetite.

8. Multi-Layer Session Filter
Enable or disable trading for each day of the week, and restrict trading to 4 separate session windows (Asian, European, US, and the Europe-US overlap session — usually the highest liquidity period), each with independently configurable start/end times.

9. Proactive Account Protection
Set a maximum loss threshold for the entire account — once reached, the system automatically stops all activity to preserve remaining capital, without the user needing to watch the charts constantly.

10. [Extended Feature] Market Regime Detector
A separate analysis layer running in parallel, measuring trend "health" through a directional indicator combined with momentum slope, with 3 modes:

  • Sensitive: catches early breakouts based on the acceleration rate of momentum
  • Strict: confirms only when momentum exceeds a clear absolute threshold, with directional confirmation
  • Combined: uses instantaneous range to catch early volatility, with momentum used only to confirm direction

11. [Extended Feature] Independent Trend Basket (POS DCA)
Alongside the original DCA basket, the EA can open a fully separate trend-following basket, triggered independently around post-news windows or strong volatility. This basket has:

  • Its own fixed entry step, volume multiplier, and trade count limit
  • A 2-tier dynamic take-profit system based on its own loss levels, fully independent from the main basket
  • Its own independent Trailing Stop

Both baskets (main and trend) run in parallel and independently of each other — maximizing opportunity without conflicting logic.

12. Maximum Volume Cap
A single safety ceiling applied to every trade type (initial, DCA, Hedge) — ensuring that no matter what the volume-increase formula calculates, the actual volume sent to the broker never exceeds the limit set by the user.

13. Visual Dashboard
Real-time on-chart display of account status, number of open trades, currently applied parameters, market condition, Trailing Stop activity, current trading session, and a real-time action log — monitor the EA like a cockpit display, no guesswork required.
