Overview
Auric Elite XAU is a professional Expert Advisor designed exclusively for trading the XAU/USD (Gold) pair. It combines a high-precision multi-indicator system with advanced price action pattern recognition, adaptive risk management, and a real-time visual interface directly on the chart.
Its architecture is based on the convergence of four independent technical filters—RSI, Bollinger Bands, 50/200 EMA, and ATR—ensuring that only trades with a high probability of success are executed, avoiding entries in noisy or low-volatility markets.
⚙️ Trading Strategy
The core of the system operates on the confluence of three classic indicators reinterpreted for gold's behavior:
RSI + Bollinger Bands (main signal) Buy entries are generated when the RSI is in oversold territory (≤ 30) and the price touches or breaks through the lower Bollinger Band, confirming a potential bullish rebound. Sells occur in the opposite situation: overbought RSI (≥ 70) with the price in the upper band.
50-period EMA / 200-period EMA (trend filter) Every signal is validated against the direction of the major trend. The EA only trades in the dominant direction: buys when the 50-period EMA > the 200-period EMA (uptrend), sells when the 50-period EMA < the 200-period EMA (downtrend).
ATR (Volatility Filter) The ATR filter compares current volatility against its long-term average (50 periods) to avoid entries during periods of low volatility or illiquid market sessions.
Price Action (Complementary Signals) The system incorporates automatic detection of three additional patterns: Engulfing Candles, Inside Bars, and Range Breakouts, all validated by the EMA filter to ensure alignment with the trend.
🔒 Risk Management
Capital protection is a priority. The Expert Advisor (EA) offers three lot size calculation modes:
Fixed Lot: User-defined fixed lot size (default 0.20)
Fixed % of Balance: Fixed percentage of the balance (default 1% per trade)
Dynamic % of Equity: Dynamic percentage of equity in real time
Integrated security controls:

Stop Loss and Take Profit are automatically calculated with a minimum Risk/Reward ratio of 1:3 (SL 20 pips / TP 60 pips by default), adjustable according to the broker's stop-loss levels.
🛡️ Open Trade Protection
Trailing Stop — Activates after reaching 8 pips of profit, following the price in 4-pip increments to protect profits without limiting the price movement.
Break Even — Automatically moves the Stop Loss to the entry price when the trade reaches 10 pips of profit, eliminating the risk of loss on already profitable trades.
