APEX SMC PRO — Smart Money Concepts Indicator
WHAT DOES IT DO
Apex SMC Pro automatically identifies the key levels and patterns that
institutional traders use to move markets. It detects Order Blocks, Fair
Value Gaps, market structure breaks, liquidity zones and premium/discount
areas — all drawn directly on your chart in real time. A multi-timeframe
dashboard shows the overall bias across seven timeframes simultaneously so
you always know the bigger picture before placing a trade.
HOW TO USE IT
Start with the dashboard in the top-left corner. Check which timeframes are
showing bullish or bearish bias. If H4 and D1 both show the same direction,
that is your trading bias for the session.
Next, look at the coloured rectangular zones on the chart. Blue zones are
Bullish Order Blocks — areas where institutional buy orders were placed.
Red zones are Bearish Order Blocks — areas where institutional sell orders
were placed. When price pulls back into one of these zones, that is your
entry area.
Before entering, check whether the zone sits in the Discount area (below
the 50% midpoint of the current range) for longs, or in the Premium area
(above 50%) for shorts. The OTE zone between 62% and 79% gives the
highest-probability entry within a pullback.
Wait for a Change of Character label to appear on your entry timeframe.
This confirms the pullback is ending and the original direction is resuming.
Enter when price touches the Order Block or fills a Fair Value Gap inside
the zone. Place your stop loss just beyond the opposite end of the Order
Block. Target the nearest Equal High for longs or Equal Low for shorts.
WHAT EACH ELEMENT MEANS
Order Block (blue or red rectangle)
The last candle moving against the trend before a strong impulsive move.
Institutions left orders here. When price returns, it often reacts again.
A grey Order Block means it has been mitigated — price already traded
through the 50% level and the zone is no longer valid.
Fair Value Gap (lighter shaded rectangle)
A gap between two candles that price did not cover during a fast move.
Price tends to return and fill these gaps. The zone disappears automatically
once the gap is fully filled.
BOS label (Break of Structure)
Confirms the current trend is continuing. A bullish BOS means a previous
swing high was broken to the upside. A bearish BOS means a previous swing
low was broken to the downside.
CHoCH label (Change of Character)
The first sign that the trend may be reversing. Appears before a full
trend change. Use it to time entries at the end of a pullback or to
anticipate a reversal from a key zone.
Dotted horizontal lines (Equal Highs / Equal Lows)
Two or more swing highs or lows at nearly the same price level. These act
as liquidity pools. When price spikes through them and closes back, a SWEEP
label appears. A sweep often leads to a sharp move in the opposite direction.
Premium / Discount / OTE shading
The background zones divide the current price range into three areas.
Discount is below 50% — look for longs here. Premium is above 50% — look
for shorts here. The OTE band between 62% and 79% is the optimal pullback
zone for entering in the trend direction.
Dashboard panel
Shows bias for M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1 and W1 simultaneously. Also
displays the current trading session and live spread.

Mitigation Tracking — greys out OBs when price closes through their 50%
midpoint. Default: true.
Import HTF Order Blocks — draws Order Blocks from a higher timeframe on
the current chart for additional confluence. Default: true.
HTF Timeframe — the source timeframe for imported OBs. Default: H4.
Show Fair Value Gaps — enables or disables FVG detection. Default: true.
Max Active FVGs — maximum number of FVG rectangles shown at once.
Default: 10.
Auto-Close on Fill — removes the FVG rectangle once price closes through
