INTRO:
Have you ever heard of power of random forest models? If you did, you probably know how powerful they are, they can even outperform neural networks in classification tasks
Two main enemies of machine learning models, underfitting and overfitting, can't affect random forests.That's why:
1) Each tree trains until it fits data perfectly, unlike neural networks where it is so hard to make network predicting training data perfectly. That makes them complex.
2) Bunch of trees don't rely on often noisy data, but on majority vote. This can make them avoiding noise in training data.
The model is trained on a huge dataset that contains EURUSD M15 data, so we recommend you using EURUSD 15M. However you can try using other timeframes and symbols, but first test on demo account.
ABOUT MODEL:
Random forest model was created using trusted Scikit-Learn framework. It has 316 estimators(trees) which have nodes with depth up to 24. As i said before tree based models train until they fit data perfectly, so it is unuseful to announse training accuracy, but when we fed it with unseen data it reduced shocking 0.98 accuracy(maximum is 1).

Now let's talk about how EA works. First it initializes the models and then whenever new bar/candle appears EA gets prediction from random forest model in probabilistic view, which helps us to customize risk properties. There are three types of risks high, mid and low. For example mid risk means that true signals are counted, if probability rate is higher than 0.7. These values you can change also. EA also has a proper trade execution system with complex error handling, it measures lots according to your account balance and risk percent, checks stop-losses and take-profits before executing trades and many more.
