BBPro Gold Recovery AI is an Expert Advisor designed for automated XAUUSD trading on MetaTrader 5.
The system combines an internal market signal engine with a dedicated order management and recovery framework. New market entries are generated only from qualified signals produced by the internal trading engine. The recovery manager does not create random trade directions.

HOW THE RECOVERY SYSTEM WORKS
A normal trade starts from a valid signal generated by the internal engine.
If the trade moves against the position, the system does not automatically open additional trades simply because the position is losing.
For same-direction recovery, the Virtual Stop Loss condition must first be reached and a new valid signal must appear before another recovery position can be considered.
If a valid opposite signal appears while the original position is losing, the EA can use the new opposite signal as the next recovery step on a hedging account.
If the original position later becomes profitable, the system can close that recovered position and continue managing the newer position.
During recovery, the EA evaluates the total basket result. When the required positive recovery buffer is reached, the system can harvest the basket and, when conditions allow, retain a reduced Base Lot position protected by the recovery management logic.
PORTFOLIO SAFETY
Recovery entries are checked against current account conditions before execution.
The EA evaluates factors including:
• Account equity
• Used margin
• Free margin
• Margin level
• Current drawdown
• Planned recovery lot
• Projected margin after the next recovery trade
If a recovery entry is considered unsafe according to the configured limits, the EA can block the new recovery position.
ACCOUNT TYPE
A HEDGING account is recommended.
The recovery model may hold BUY and SELL positions at the same time. A Netting account cannot preserve independent opposite positions in the same way.

Automated trading must be enabled.
The EA reads the symbol specifications supplied by the broker, including volume limits, tick size, tick value and trading restrictions.
RISK NOTICE
BBPro Gold Recovery AI uses recovery techniques that can increase trading volume during a recovery sequence.
Higher recovery steps can significantly increase exposure, margin requirements and drawdown.

EXISTING PORTFOLIO RESCUE
BBPro Gold Recovery AI can also monitor and manage existing XAUUSD positions that were opened before the EA was attached, including manual trades or positions from another Expert Advisor.
When existing gold exposure is detected, the EA can adopt that exposure into Portfolio Rescue mode.
The EA does not immediately open a random recovery trade.
It waits for a new qualified BUY or SELL signal from the internal BBPro engine before starting the rescue sequence.
During Portfolio Rescue, the EA can:
• Monitor existing BUY and SELL gold exposure
• Include manual and external EA positions in the rescue basket
• Use new qualified BBPro signals for recovery entries
• Evaluate account equity, margin, free margin and drawdown before adding recovery exposure
• Close or reduce positions when the recovery basket reaches the configured positive recovery target
• Return to normal single-position management when the rescue cycle is resolved
