The system separates two concepts:

PROP FIRM Risk Profile

Controls strategy exposure.

Advanced Prop Firm Protection

Controls account-level loss limits and safety rules.

This makes PropStrike adaptable to different evaluation, funded-account and personal trading requirements.

PropStrike can evaluate account risk before a new position is opened.

The EA calculates the potential monetary loss if the proposed position reaches its Stop Loss.

If the new exposure would push the account beyond the remaining configured Daily Loss or Maximum Loss buffer, the trade can be rejected before execution.

This creates an additional preventive layer between the strategy and the account limits.

PropStrike continuously monitors daily account performance.

When the configured Daily Loss threshold is reached, the EA can stop opening new positions.

When Advanced Protection is active, PropStrike can also activate a daily risk lock and optionally close protected exposure.

Daily reset timing can be aligned with broker/server time.

A separate Maximum Loss system monitors overall account drawdown.

This helps PropStrike adapt to smaller accounts while maintaining predefined risk controls.
