How the Strategy Works

The EA analyzes XAUUSD market structure and searches for confirmed breakout opportunities.

When a valid setup is detected, VENIQOR places a pending BUY STOP or SELL STOP around the detected structural level.

A volatility filter can reject weaker setups during unsuitable market conditions.

Once a trade is activated, the EA automatically manages the position using:

Stop Loss → Take Profit → Trailing Stop

The objective is to participate in directional Gold moves while keeping trade management mechanical and predefined.

Risk Management

VENIQOR Gold Breakout PRO includes several independent risk-control mechanisms.

You can trade using either a Fixed Lot or automatic position sizing based on account risk.

The target distance is fully configurable.

Trailing Stop
Profitable positions can be dynamically managed after the configured trailing activation level is reached.

Important Information About the Spread Filter

The input:

Maximum Spread for Pending Placement

controls whether a new pending order may be placed.

For example, when the maximum spread is set to 0.50 , the EA will not create a new pending order while the current spread is above this value.

However, this filter does not prevent an already existing pending order from being activated later if spread increases after the order has been placed.

This distinction is important because pending orders may remain active for several hours.

Broker Optimization

Gold breakout strategies can be highly sensitive to differences between broker feeds.

For this reason, VENIQOR Gold Breakout PRO was designed with broker adaptation in mind.

The recommended workflow is:

1. Load a broker or Universal preset
2. Optimize ENTRY parameters
3. Optimize EXIT parameters
4. Validate the selected settings on a forward period
5. Deploy only after validation

Optimization should preferably be performed using:

Every tick based on real ticks

with data from the broker where the EA will actually be used.

Do not simply select the single highest-profit optimization pass. Look for a stable parameter area / plateau with acceptable Profit Factor, Drawdown and sufficient trade count.
